August 2011- Engineering Studies and Surveys of Mormon Canyon Road

Fall 2011 - Construction and Road Improvements of Mormon Canyon Road. Any road improvements will be coordinated with Converse County and will be made at the projects' expense. Safety and traffic impact minimization will be high priorities during construction. The projects' will stay in close communication with the community throughout the process.

Spring 2012 - Construction of Turbines and turbine access roads for both projects

October 2012 - Commercial Operation for Pioneer Wind Park I

December 2012 - Commercial Operation for Pioneer Wind Park II
